1. When you log in the system will land on all available grants on Submitted Applications

2. Choose the application you want to approve/reject and click the Application Form button to read the application form before you approve it

3. When you have read the application form, click the Record Decision button to approve (or reject) the application

4. The system will then open a Record decision page

5. Check the I confirm that I have read the application before recording my decision box

6. Leave your name and any comments in the text box and click the Approve application. A popup will appear asking you if you are sure, click Yes if you are

7. You will now see that your approved application form has made it's way down to the Applications already approved section and the status will have changed to Submission Approved (green)
